INGREDIENTS

Asian Slider Ingredients

  • 1- ½ “thick piece Sterling Silver Petite Tender, grilled
  • 1 slider bun, toasted
  • 2 tsp. Gochujang mayonnaise (recipe to follow)
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian slaw (recipe to follow)

Gochujang Mayonnaise Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Gochujang

Asian Slaw Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
  • 1 green onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce.
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

BBQ Slider Ingredients

  • 1- ½ “thick piece Sterling Silver Petite Tender, grilled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slider bun, toasted
  • 2 tsp. BBQ sauce
  • 1 slice smoked cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. crispy onions (recipe to follow)

Crispy Onions Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. BBQ spice blend

Mexican Slider Ingredients

  • 1- ½“ thick piece Sterling Silver Petite Tender, grilled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slider bun, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. Salsa Verde (recipe to follow)
  • 2 Tbsp. tri-colored tortilla strips

Salsa Verde Ingredients

  • 2 tomatillos
  • ½ serrano pepper, seeds removed
  • 2 Tbsp. white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Gochujang Mayonnaise Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and reserve.

Asian Slaw Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Crispy Onions Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine onions and salt and let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. In a heavy bottomed pot, heat oil to 350°.
  3. Toss salted onions with flour and shake off excess.
  4. Add to oil and cook for 3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.
  6. Season with BBQ spice blend

Salsa Verde Preparation

  1. Remove husk from tomatillos and rinse well
  2. In a blender, add tomatillos, serrano, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
  3. Puree into a smooth consistency and season with salt and pepper.
