Get to know Chef Michael

While he had no intention of working in the restaurant business long-term during college, Chef Michael has worked in kitchens from Miami to NYC and Los Angeles. Working with highly experienced chefs at those restaurants, Chef Michael learned the importance of high-quality ingredients and making dishes from scratch. A Sterling Silver Signature Chef for more than 10 years, Michael brings experience and creativity to the table on a nightly basis.

I get inspired looking at classic recipes and wondering why they were popular and remain popular. I like reworking them and experimenting with variations on a theme.

What do you do outside the kitchen?

“I like to tend to our restaurant’s herb garden.”
