Petite Tender “Chips” Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sterling Silver Petite Tender, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

Sesame-Chili Garlic Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Chipotle Ranch Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, minced

Gochujang Mayonnaise Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Gochujang

Sesame-Chili Garlic Sauce Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until mixture coats the back of a spoon

Chipotle Ranch Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.

Gochujang Mayonnaise Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.

Petite Tender “Chips” Preparation

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy bottomed pot to 350°
  2. Combine flour and cornstarch in a shallow dish.
  3. Season Petite Tender with salt and pepper and toss well in flour mixture to coat.
  4. Fry Petite Tender until browned and crispy, approximately 4-6 minutes.
  5. Serve with assorted dipping sauces.
